6. Glass Coating Machine

6.1 Description
The Glass Coating Machine is mainly used for the AR coating of solar glass surface, to increase the glass transparency, which can effectively improve the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells. 

6.2 Operating Principle
The Glass Coating Machine is adopt the special material that it is called AR anti-reflection coating liquid. First of all, the AR anti-reflection coating liquid is coated in the surface of solar glass by the roller coating machine. And then, it will be sent to the stage of levelling, solidifying. Finllay, the coating glass is transferred to the tempering furnace.

8.3. Main Features

1) Through adopting the continuous transmission and heating teachniques, it is able to reduce the friction between the surface of the glass and the surface of the ceramic rollers so that it can improve the heating uniformity.
2) The use of lower temperature entry of the furnace avoids the breagage of the surface of the glass after the entry.
3) The teachque of testing the state of galsses exit ensures the sagety of the glasses exit of the furnace.
4) The emergency inside the flat quenching can be dealt in time because of the fast opening and closing system of it.
